Life Size Media has been selected by European ultracapacitor manufacturer Skeleton Technologies to deliver a long-term, international PR and marketing campaign.

Skeleton Technologies CEO, Taavi Madiberk explains:

“We have highly ambitious plans for the coming years and we see this PR campaign as an essential component in delivering success. Life Size Media has a very strong track record and is the ideal partner for getting our message out to target industries and supporting our international sales activities.”

Ultracapacitors are a novel energy storage technology that offer high power density, almost instant recharging and very long lifetimes. Skeleton Technologies is the only ultracapacitor manufacturer in Europe and has achieved global breakthroughs in performance through the use of patented, graphene-based nanomaterials. The company delivers solutions across industries including the automotive, aerospace, industrial and renewables sectors.

Founded in 2009 by young entrepreneurs Taavi Madiberk and Oliver Ahlberg, Skeleton Technologies has experienced rapid growth over the past 6 years. The company has raised over EUR 5 million, employs 40 people, has facilities in both Estonia and Germany and counts leading European automotive companies and the European Space Agency among its customers.

Alisa Murphy, Director of Life Size Media comments:

“Energy storage is one of the most important and exciting areas of cleantech and we are delighted to be working with a true innovator in the field. We’ve already had a fantastic response to Skeleton Technologies sending their technology into space, and that’s just the beginning with breakthroughs in new industries coming thick and fast.”

While the company’s R&D and pilot production facilities are based near Tallinn, Estonia, sales and manufacturing facilities are being developed in Bautzen, Germany. Regional media relations will be handled by German agency Cleantech Media as part of an ongoing partnership with Life Size Media.
