Kimmo takes Visedo’s electric message to the world
In case you missed it, here is Kimmo Rauma – CEO of our Finnish client Visedo – who recently took his message of the electric revolution to the world on the BBC.
Kimmo was in London and joined hosts Sally Bundock and Ben Thompson for the BBC’s global Business Live program from Broadcasting House studios in central London.
Business Live is a morning segment of BBC World News, which has the largest audience of any of the public broadcaster’s channels, with an estimated weekly audience of almost 100 million viewers.
During the interview Kimmo discussed the industry move for more hybrid and fully electric power systems in heavy duty vehicles – including Visedo’s work in powering Asia’s first hybrid passenger ferry in Taiwan.
The BBC audience learned of Visedo’s advantages including lower fuel costs, lower operating and maintenance costs, quieter operation and importantly, lower emissions.
