You will have the opportunity to craft brand strategies and visual identities, managing design projects and leading our creative team. We have a highly integrated approach to communications including brand, content, PR and film, and we’ll want your input in every aspect. For more on our approach to brand, take a look at this video series from our Founder, Alisa Murphy.

The primary accountabilities for this role are:

We are open to applications from either London or Berlin, so you’ll either be based in the historic Tea Building in the heart of Shoreditch or SpaceShack in beautiful Schöneberg. Both are attractive co-working spaces, with onsite cafés, free events, talks and fitness classes (optional!).

Our agile working approach is focused on ensuring you can balance a rich personal life with a thriving career. You’ll be given plenty of freedom to work in the way that best suits you and your commitments and there will be plenty of opportunities for UK and European travel to workshops, press launches and industry events.

Last but not least, you’ll be working with a warm group of down-to-earth people who support each other, love learning and are always willing to try something new.

This is a time of fast growth for us, with teams in London and Berlin and clients across the continent. We have developed a strong reputation in the market and a clear track record of transforming businesses. There is so much more opportunity to develop our business and accelerate cleantech adoption, and we want you to help us seize it. Please get in touch to introduce yourself and your experience and let’s see what we can achieve together.

Grown Up Marketing

It’s time for cleantech marketing to come of age.

The cleantech sector has grown substantially over the last decade, becoming one of the world’s fastest-growing and most talked-about industries. Not only are sectors such as energy, transportation, bioeconomy and agriculture full of new and established start-ups, but major corporates are entering the market too thanks to acquisitions and partnerships.

However, has cleantech marketing matched this rapid pace of evolution? We think not. And that’s a problem, as the rules of marketing are changing. We know this first hand having been in the game for 10 years and have learned, adapted and grown every step of the way. Now it’s time that cleantech marketing grew up too.

We understand that having to take communications seriously is a scary thought. Don’t worry though, we have you covered with our first ever Life Size webinar on the subject of Grown up marketing.

Webinar content themes

Our CEO Alisa Murphy and Head of Campaigns Adam Brady tackle some of the themes that have been bubbling away in the background of marketing for years which are now taking more and more prominence. Is the traditional press release dying out? How do you get your content to be seen in an ever-growing, overcrowded marketplace? And how do you fully utilise content marketing to build your own audience?

As well as discussing what these trends mean in practical terms, Alisa and Adam share two examples of our clients who grasp that successful marketing delivers value to their audience before the company itself. With their respective #ThinkBioplastic and Reimagine Energy campaigns, Biome Bioplastics and Kiwigrid have invested time, dared to take risks and played the long game in the pursuit of communications success.
