He spent notable stints at Europe’s largest startup incubator, an international energy company and a prominent German PR agency. As the CEO of Life Size, Jan is entrusted with steering the agency towards delivering impactful solutions for clients. His hands-on experience and savvy in the industry ensure a steadfast commitment to excellence and client success.

As Life Size’s Strategic Director, Lucia marries tactical, creative and critical thinking with pragmatic project management. She has a no-nonsense, high-energy approach and thrives on translating complex technologies into accessible stories that compel people to take the right actions. Lucia has worked with clients across Europe and delivered German and English-language campaigns, overseeing strategic direction, writing pitch decks, crafting messaging and winning PR coverage from trade to national publications. Not only does Lucia ensure our client campaigns are always on track to deliver on commercial objectives, she’s passionate about empowering employee development.

Helene is one of our Communications Managers based in Germany. She holds a Master in communication management, where she focused on strategic and financial communication, and was selected as a PR Report 30u30 top talent in 2022. Before shifting her focus to climate tech communications, Helene worked in film distribution marketing and PR. At Life Size she has worked with solar fuel pioneer Synhelion, waste heat recovery champion Orcan Energy and energy management expert Kiwigrid, one of our longest standing clients, and more. Helene is also our current employee representative and instrumental in establishing our AI manifesto.

As one of our Communications Managers, Sam heads up our UK & international client campaigns. With a Distinction grade master’s under her belt, Sam gained hands-on PR experience delivering impactful communications strategies for business, charity and utilities companies before following her curiosity by leaping into climate tech. Sam’s professional and academic expertise paired with her achievement mindset and passion for learning have been instrumental in winning international coverage for our fast-growing clients Kempower and Roofit.Solar.

Paige injects life into brands and is the mastermind behind all our brand and website projects. She is also responsible for all branding and marketing activities at Life Size, develops content marketing strategies and executes these for our clients. Her passion for writing powerful copy, coupled with her creativity and thoughtful nature and 10 years of digital marketing experience, enables her to drive companies towards their growth goals. She brings together strategic, creative and hands-on executive skills and her most notable projects at Life Size include overseeing the creative, content and project management for the new ambitious websites of PFAS elimination pioneer Oxyle and natural hydrogen trailblazer Mantle8.

Martha is a Content Executive at Life Size. After studying for a BA in History, she decided to combine her communication skills with her passion for climate action. Martha writes exceptional copy for our clients, demonstrating deep technological understanding married with a pragmatic attitude to what will resonate with our clients’ target audiences. She’s worked on blogs, white papers, LinkedIn campaigns, CEO thought leadership and in PR, too. Martha has supported some of our longest-standing clients including Kempower and Danfoss Editron as well as clients in the alternative protein, supercapacitor and industrial heat decarbonisation industries.

As a Communications Trainee, Johanna supports our PR and marketing campaigns. She holds a Master’s in Applied Literary Studies and has gained hands-on experience in journalism, several NGOs and literary publishing. Johanna loves to dive into new and complex environments. She is eager to combine her passion for strategic and thoughtful storytelling with her profound interest in solutions to the climate crisis.
