The challenge

As an early-stage startup with limited time and expertise in communications, the PeroCycle team needed support with their content marketing. They had plenty of ideas and enthusiasm, and a strong understanding of the importance of communications for their growth, but no clear plan for how to move forward strategically and sustainably.

PeroCycle needed our help in gaining clarity and direction so that they could publish blog posts and content on LinkedIn with confidence.

The solution

We held a one-day, in person workshop with the PeroCycle team. During this session, we identified their target customer groups, dug deeper into their value proposition and reviewed their existing content with a critical yet constructive eye.

Following the workshop, we evaluated our findings and used them to build a 12-month content strategy and their foundational key messages.

The results

PeroCycle now has a detailed 3-month content plan for blog posts and LinkedIn posts, strong key messages to act as the cornerstone for all future content, and the team has clarity, confidence and direction. 

Since delivering our content marketing strategy, the PeroCycle LinkedIn page has been updated regularly, leading to industry speaking engagements and contributing to board appointments and commercial traction.
