The challenge
The Sofi Filtration team were preparing to enter into a new market and they needed to effectively communicate this to existing and new customers and attract diversified investor interest.
This meant appealing to two distinct customer groups and producing messaging that forms the foundation of a storyline that builds an emotional connection with customers.
The solution
We delivered a day-long messaging workshop to generate ideas with the entire Sofi Filtration team.
We then used the findings to create a prioritisation of target audiences and messaging concepts, suggest the value proposition and craft guidelines. These tools provided clarity and comprehensive guidance that would enable the team to finalise and implement their key messages and story.
The results
Sofi Filtration has strong and consistent messaging that will support it with its commercial goals, and the team has a newfound understanding of how and why they have arrived at these messages.
