The challenge
When approaching media to generate interest for Synhelion, there was a lot of interest from journalists who wanted to see its exciting technology in real life.
It became evident that a large-scale media event at Synehelion’s test facility would be the best way to capitalise on the growing media appetite.
The solution
We started by persistently inviting relevant journalists and media outlets to the event and planning the day to the hour ensuring that there was enough time for each interview. We also thoroughly prepared every speaker so they understood the key messages and how to tackle questions that were likely to come up.
Finally, we prepared a multimedia kit so that we could follow up with every media conversation.
The results
The media event was well-attended and generated more than 75 pieces of coverage, including in renowned TV, print and online media.
