We’re thrilled to announce that Helene has taken on the position as our new employee representative.
As an employee-owned company, having an employee representative is essential to ensure all employees have a stake in the Life Size business. Employee representatives participate in discussions, negotiations and decision-making processes with the management board to make sure employee voices are heard.
When Lucia joined the management board, it was time for her to hand over the reins of the employee representative to someone else. The team voted, and Helene has now stepped into the role.
With five years at Life Size under her belt, during which time she has gone from an Intern to PR Trainee to Communications Manager, Helene has a well-rounded perspective of what it means to be a Life Sizer. Her ability to listen to and amplify all team voices makes her perfectly suited to this new role.
What does Helene have to say about stepping into this new role? “I was already very proud to work for an employee-owned company and now I’m even prouder to play such a proactive role in shaping our employee ownership and contributing to board meetings as the voice of the employees,” Helene summarised.
