We’re happy to announce that Lucia has joined our management board.
Since Lucia joined in 2018 she has experienced all facets of agency life at Life Size, from freelancer, to Executive, to Strategic Director, and having acted as Life Size’s first ever employee representative, she knows Life Size like no other.
Lucia has worked with clients across Europe and delivered German and English-language campaigns, overseeing strategic direction, crafting messaging and winning PR coverage from trade to national publications.
Not only does Lucia ensure our client campaigns are always on track to deliver on commercial objectives, she’s raised the bar for employee development and influences our market positioning.
Since April, she’s joined our CEO, Jan, on the management board, having passed the baton of employee representative to Helene.
